Things to know
- Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
- State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
- There is a security camera on the property.
House rules
- NO PARTIES or excessive noise. Guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am.
- NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $450 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove the smoke odor.
- NO boats, RVs, or similar large vehicles are permitted on the property, and no self-repair or maintenance of any vehicle is allowed on the street, in the driveway, or in the garage.
- For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request.
- Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
- The primary guest should be at least 21 years of age on the day of arrival.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to furniture or other property within the home. Any such damage will incur an additional $500 fine, in addition to any other applicable fees.
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed with an additional $300 fee per pet.
- Guests must inform us about any pets before making the reservation.
- Maximum weight limit for each pet is 25 pounds.
- All dogs must remain on a leash while in public spaces.
- Pet owners are responsible for picking up all waste and ensuring their pets do not exhibit excessive barking or other disturbing behaviors.
- Pet owners are responsible for all damages caused by their pets.
- Any violation of the pet policy will incur a $500 fine, plus the cost of cleaning necessary to restore the unit.

Deposit Policy: We’ll charge the full amount upfront 100% after you make a reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations after booking will result in a 10% charge.
